However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or there may be issues with your order. In such cases, we are here to assist you with our Refund and Returns Policy.

**Returns**
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

**Exchanges**
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item to arrange for an exchange.

**Non-Returnable Items**
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including food products. We cannot accept returns on opened or used seasoning products.

**Cancellation Policy**
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
